Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is embedded in our history and daily practice. We have long sought to advance and promote diversity in our own firm, and to foster an inclusive culture where every colleague feels a deep sense of respect and belonging. We also strive to do the same in our clients’ organizations and in society more broadly.


In June 2020, we committed to our All Heads framework to deliver change within our firm and to play our part in combating racism across the world, and we provided a progress update in the summer of 2021.

Through our culture, policies, and systems we strive to create an exceptional global environment for all colleagues.
