ABOUT FATMATA
Fatmata leads Amaka Consulting's Healthcare Systems & Services Practice in West Africa and the US serving many of the small, to medium size health systems, insurers, and service companies on transformation and restructuring, strategic growth, M&A, and core operations performance improvement. She also leads the firm’s core healthcare capabilities regionally.
As a passionate advocate for developing next-generation leaders, Fatmata plays a leadership role in learning and development for more than 81 Amaka Consulting employees in more than 17 offices around our service locations in the US, East, and West Africa, and Europe.
Over the past decade, Fatmata has driven transformations at many of the service region's struggling public and non-profit healthcare enterprises and achieved step-change impact, preparing those organizations for long-term growth.
