Train and certify new HHAs
The SkilledUp™ Caregiver Training Program uses an innovative, blended training model for training entities to use and qualify new home health aides (HHA). The foundation of the program is a competency-based curriculum that meets the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide Services.
SkilledUp™ program meets the 75-hour Federal CMS guidelines, as well as the specific requirements for both the state of New York and the New Jersey CHHA and Bridge program.
The curriculum includes:
59 hours of SilledUp online classes
17+ hours of in-person training, equally divided across six weeks
Demonstrating competency in performing hands-on skills (competency evaluation)
An end-of-program knowledge exam
The successful completion of both the knowledge exam and the competency evaluation is required before qualifying the HHA.
Create efficiency by integrating SkilledUp™ training with top back-office solutions
Make your scheduling, HR, and onboarding operations more efficient by seamlessly integrating staff training with back-office solutions. Connect your systems with ease with single sign-on (SSO) functionality for both administrators and caregivers.
